Role Overview
We are seeking experienced commercial leaders to support our business development efforts across the Americas.
This role focuses on developing and expanding business opportunities within the power infrastructure sector, particularly in:
- Data Centers
- Utility and Grid Operators
- EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors
The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships, a solid understanding of the transformer market, and the ability to drive projects from initial engagement through to order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region
- Build and maintain relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, and data center operators
- Support project development, tender participation, and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturing partners to ensure alignment on technical and delivery requirements
- Drive projects from early-stage discussions to contract award
Qualifications
Industry Experience
- • Relevant experience in power equipment, transformers, or electrical infrastructure
- • Familiarity with grid standards (IEEE, ANSI, CSA, NEMA) and local procurement processes
- • Understanding of utility, EPC, or data center project cycles
Network & Business Development Capability
- • Existing relationships within the regional power sector are strongly preferred
- • Ability to engage with clients and support commercial discussions
- • Demonstrated track record in business development or sales
Skills
- • Strong communication and coordination skills
- • Ability to work independently in a flexible, results-oriented environment
- • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across regions
Language
- • English required
- • Spanish (Mexico / LATAM) or Portuguese (Brazil) preferred
